The most up to date Dictionnaire available, the 2014 electronic edition has more than 17,000 English entries and over 21,000 French entries, including 8,870 main entries, with definitions. This new edition has been expanded by more than 200 entries, with close to 800 existing entries revised, in particular in the General Accounting, Financial Reporting and Assurance Engagement fields.
Optimized for mobile use, the interfaces of the Internet and Download versions will now adjust to fit different screen sizes – so you can search for terms easily on your eReader, laptop, smartphone or tablet! Four organizations from three different countries collaborated on the Dictionnaire – the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (previously the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants), France’s Conseil supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables and Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes de France, and Belgium’s Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises. Main author, Louis Ménard, FCA, MBA, is a retired professor of the École des sciences de la gestion of Université du Québec à Montréal.
