Virtual Conference

It’s easy – all you need is a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet!

Your virtual experience will allow you to see and hear the speakers, follow the PowerPoint presentation, take notes and ask questions of the speakers!

Experience the virtual conference individually, or gather in groups. If you live outside Ottawa, arrange an in-house event, or gather with other organizations from your region! contact customerservice@cpacanada.ca for pricing on group gatherings.

Access to Material

No handouts will be distributed onsite, conference/workshop presentations will be available online approximately 1 week prior to the conference for you to download and/or print as needed.

NOTE: You will receive an email within the next hour with your log-in access to the CPA Canada online learning environment (D2L) at:
https://education.cpacanada.ca. Check and ensure you have access to the D2L platform.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may cancel up to 14 calendar days prior to the event start date for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 calendar days of the event start date will be subject to a $150 administration fee (plus applicable taxes). All cancellation requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on the day prior to the event start date. Refunds are not available after that point.

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to customerservice@cpacanada.ca

The topics, program format and events are correct at the time of publishing. If unforeseen circumstances occur, CPA Canada has the right to alter or delete items from the program or cancel the event and refund all registration fees.
